In 1994, Sandrea Friedman, Peter Goldfeder, and Peter Gosule founded The PeterSan Group with a singular vision: to create a full-service legal search firm that places attorneys in all facets of the legal market with a commitment to professionalism, discretion, and relationship-driven service.
Over more than three decades, The PeterSan Group has built its reputation through disciplined screening, deep legal market knowledge, and confidential searches conducted with care and rigor. Our founders, themselves experienced in the legal profession, understood what law firms and corporate legal departments needed, and what attorneys valued in career transitions.
