Personal data and recruiting services
As of May 25, 2018, organizations that collect or process personal data of European Union (EU) residents must comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The PeterSan Group (also referred to as the “Firm”) uses a centralized system to collect and process personal data for all of its recruits. The PeterSan Group will maintain your personal data in a secure manner, and will only share such data with your consent.
Information collected, use, and disclosure
The PeterSan Group currently collects information that you provide to the Firm or third-party job search portals that is relevant to your job search. Your information will be used solely in connection with the Firm’s services including, but not limited to, filtering the Firm’s job bank and connecting you with prospective employers. As such, with your consent, your personal data will be shared with our clients (i.e., companies seeking temporary employees, part-time employees or full-time employees). The Firm also reserves the right to disclose information about you when the Firm is required to do so by law or regulation. Please be advised that the Firm does not use your personal data for any marketing purposes and does not share your personal data with third party marketing agencies.
Access, correction, consent, and erasure
The PeterSan Group will adhere to all requests, made in writing, for a copy of your personal data that is stored on the Firm’s centralized system; however, proof of identity may be required before said information is released. If any information that is stored on the centralized system is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that the information be changed. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. You may also request that the Firm erase your personal data for the centralized system at any time. The Firm will comply with your request unless there is a lawful reason for not doing so.
