General Counsel, EMEA

Our client, a global leader as an operator of wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure, has retained The PeterSan Group to identify a strong candidate to serve as General Counsel, EMEA. This role, which will be based at one of their facilities in Europe, will be the lead attorney for EMEA operations and responsible for driving legal advice and assistance to the business unit, including with respect to M&A activity, operational legal, regulatory, labor, litigation and corporate law matters.   • Support the local legal staff in each of EMEA markets with respect to local labor law matters and developments , health and safety matters and litigation.
