The PeterSan Group has been retained by a dynamic, growing non-profit organization headquartered in New York City, is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as their Chief Legal Officer. This role will be responsible for leading and representing the organization’s corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives worldwide. The CLO is expected to be a highly engaged leader who adds a strong law background to the team and remains active in the practice of law. The CLO is expected to provide a strategic, proactive, and collaborative approach to the legal framework of global business issues.

  • Oversee the legal representation of the organization in real estate transactions and issues of real property and land use.
