  • Drafts, reviews and negotiates intellectual property and technology license agreements, research collaboration agreements, material transfer agreements, sponsored research agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements, and consulting agreements.
  • Works closely with the intellectual property group to ensure proper protection of intellectual property assets.
  • Works closely with the regulatory and compliance groups to advise clients on relevant regulatory and legal matters impacting existing or proposed arrangements, including regulations specific to genetic sequencing, privacy, antitrust, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Candidates must have the following requirements to be considered:
