Managing Director

Nzinga Parris joined The PeterSan Group as a Director in 2014.  Prior to joining The PeterSan Group, Nzinga was with another New York City based search firm where she specialized in the placement of attorneys and paralegals at law firms and in-house departments throughout the United States.

Her recruiting career began in 1999 as a recruiter with a top tier IP law firm in Washington, D.C. Nzinga went on to pursue a legal career with a focus on labor and employment, ERISA and commercial litigation.  After six years of practice, she realized that she still had a passion for recruiting and returned to the industry as a legal search consultant.

Nzinga received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2004 and graduated cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications.
Nzinga resides in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband and daughter.  In her free time, she enjoys running, cycling and flying trapeze.
