Gwen L. Feder recruits partners and groups for leading law firms worldwide and senior lawyers for in-house roles.

After graduating from Princeton University and the Columbia University School of Law, Gwen became a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She then joined a Wall Street boutique to analyze and sell the debt of troubled companies, later moving to the Oppenheimer & Company, Inc. High Yield Desk, where she was primarily responsible for identifying new distressed debt business opportunities, and then beginning her recruiting career at Egon Zehnder International. At this leading international search firm, she helped numerous corporations recruit their most senior executives, including General Counsel.

Ms. Feder and her two daughters live in New York City. She is President of her Princeton class.
